1:1 Mentorships
What am I doing here?
What am I being called to offer this world?
Where is my place, who are my people and what is my true role in this ecosystem of life?
We are living in a time, collectively and individually, where we are being called to pause and ask ourselves much needed questions.
The importance to look within our own being for answers, for truth, for peace and for purpose has never been so deeply needed.
We are realizing that we are not necessarily meant to walk the same path as our peers, parents our mentors or role models. We have a path that is unique to us; one that has no blue print or how-to- manual to it.
So then begins the journey. A journey of realizing what is not true to us, what is not necessary for us, and what is not supportive for us.
We begin the journey of undoing the conditioning we have inherited, and getting in touch with our own most authentic values and priorities in life.
The journey is not a journey of acquisition but one of letting go.
Have you noticed that call? To let go of a job, a relationship, an outgrown dream or way of approaching the world?
It takes a tremendous amount of courage and strength to let go. It takes a tremendous amount of trust, as well. Do you trust that you can let go of an unhealthy relationship, and be met with nourishing connection? Do you trust that you can let go of a job that does not fulfill you and be met with joyful and satisfying ways of making your living?
Do you trust that life is always supporting you?
Fortunately, trust is a muscle that you can train.
Fortunately, courage is a muscle that you can train.
Fortunately, fear becomes less scary the more we lean into it.
Fortunately, our well-being is intricately connected to our nervous system, and our nervous system is something we can learn to regulate.
Fortunately our greatest wounds are incredible portals into great freedom and our darkest shadows contain our most beautiful gifts.
Fortunately we are always being guided by Life, and we can learn to tune into that guidance very simply.
Fortunately we can always access peace amidst chaos and clarity in the midst of confusion. Fortunately, there are no wrong steps in life and fortunately, we have the opportunity to dance today. To sing and to celebrate. To “fail” and thus to learn, to laugh and tell wild stories.
Fortunately, and certainly, we are never truly alone.
If you would like support in walking fearlessly and courageously on your own unique soul path, it would be an honor to take the adventure together.
